The Lido Theatre has been owned and operated by the Rivalin Family since early 1930, now owned by Paul Rivalin. The majority of the building remains in its original condition. Through carefull sucession planning and expert building maintenance the Lido Theatre is one of very few buildings that can actually claom to be original and not restorations or reconstruction of the original.
